ABOUT US
Partnering with the finest winemakers in the Pacific Northwest we have a sommelier choose the best three similar style wines for a blind tasting party. This tasting party is a real one, where the partyers eat and drink what they want while having a great time. Sound familiar? It's what we all do at parties. (see pictures here) The partyers keep track and rate each wine both alone and with small plate meals we supply which are from among everyone’s favorite everyday foods. Instead of fancy duck dishes and obscure caviar we have BBQ sliders, Salads, Steaks, Spicy Take out, Tacos, Fish, Burgers, Pizza and some kind of cheese and crackers. And of course, chocolate!
For each style, the overall favorite wine of the partyers is what we bottle as Tonight’s Wine®.
Our wines are favored by a wide range of people rather than just one expert. Now you can trust you and your friends will all enjoy our wines.
Now of course we do run out and when we do we quite simply have another party to pick our next wine. Each wine style has a bottling number on its label so you can try new ones as they become available as well as identify the ones you and your friends liked in the past. It makes shopping for your next wine easier and lots of fun. Its kind of like a wine club except you can buy wine right now for tonight.
We will always have a Mellow, Light, & Flavorful Red (Pinot Noir/Merlot style), a Robust, Big, & Bold Red (Cab Sauv/Malbec style), a Smooth, Velvety, & Delicious White (Chardonnay style); and a Bright, Fresh, & Vibrant White (Pinot Gris/Sauv Blanc style) wine. The styles never change. Just the wine. We love experiencing what the winemakers will offer next, bottling what our partyers like the best, and making it available to you and your plans for tonight.
